It was so nice to get a way for a week with no baby!!!

This is the river we had to cross on our Kayak trip. Usually the river is knee deep or so, unlike when we crossed it....it was chest deep with a really strong current!!!

Kayaking is not always as easy as it looks
After we Kayaked to a certain point, got out, crossed the river, then hiked a mile or so, this is what we found! A gorgeous,probably at least a 150 foot, waterfall that we swam under! (just like in the movies!)

We went to this Coconut Festival where they had fired dancers, singers, a guy husked a coconut, and then climbed this coconut tree! (bare hands and feet!)
For Lance,hawaiian shaved ice was a must!

At our new favorite resturant The Eastside! If you ever go to Kauai, you have to eat there, the food was amazing!!!
This place was pretty cool, it's called Glass beach. It looks like sand, or little shiny pebbles, but don't be fooled. This beach was made almost entirely of glass! The ocean has turned this dump sight where people would throw out glass, broken bottles, even car parts, and turned it into this beautiful glittery beach!
