This past week my Mom and I made Emma's blessing dress. It was a lot of hours of sewing and at times really frustrating, but it turned out beautifully! Mom still had the pattern from my blessing dress, so we used that same pattern since I think it is one of the most gorgeous blessing dresses I have ever seen! Here are some pictures of the process.
Let me just say that sewing with tricot (sheer slippery fabric) is not fun!

Half way done....now we just need to attach the skirt part to the bodice, finish the top overlay, sleeves, and top ruffel.
Finished at last! I absolutley love it!
