Reminiscing

A year ago today we welcomed little Emma Rose Jacobsen to our family. As I've been preparing for her party today, I've been reminiscing about the day of her birth last year. It's all gone by way too fast! She brings so much love and joy to our family, Kaylee fell in love with her instantly, and they have been inseparable ever since. This is my favorite picture of Emma and I at the hospital, nothing can describe the emotions you feel just seconds after giving birth, it truly is a miracle! Happy Birthday Emma, I love you more than you will ever know!!!
