We had a wonderful Christmas Eve today! A few days ago one of Lance's clients gave us an amazing leg of lamb all wrapped up from their butcher. It was the perfect protein for our Christmas Eve dinner with Lance's parents. I have never cooked a lamb before, but it was fairly easy and was sooo yummy! We then played games, had dessert and the girls were SPOILED with any and all things Frozen! We then of course opened our Christmas jammies and set out cookies and milk for Santa!
