Inspection day!

On Tues. Dad inspected the house! Everything looked pretty good, a few minor little things. One kinda major thing. They forgot to insulate the sub floor and lay vapor barrier in the crawl!!! You can't even get an "occupancy permit" without that! Oops!.....pretty sure it just got overlooked. They are throwing up houses left and right, guys coming and going, they probably thought it had already been done. This is why you do an inspection on new construction! We have our walk thru tomorrow and everything that came back on the inspection report, we will let the builder know so they can fix it before we close. So excited!!!
