After a 10 hr. plane ride from NY, we finally made it! This was such a great trip, and so far my favorite!

Ya know when you meet someone and you instantly click, its like you are long lost best friends!?Well meet my new best friend Anastasia, she owns a cute little antique shop where I bought a necklace. She is hilarious, we talked for a bit, and hugged before leaving! She sent us to this amazing little cafe for dinner! (It really was delicious!) And this day, also happened to be her birthday!!!! Im sure we will meet again someday!
What was awesome about the island of Hydra is there are no vehicles of any kind! Everything is by horse or donkey! We were walking down a tiny cobble stone alley way when we hear a ton of noise....we look behind us and there is a herd of horses all roped up together packed with stuff on their back, being led up this tiny narrow road. A local was even laid out on one of the horse's back taking a nap! Haha! It was awesome!
Meet Mahi! She and her husband own this shop we stopped in. We were literally there about and hour. She knows all our girls' names now, how Lance and I met, etc. She's owned this shop since she was 19. Her children are all grown now and live all over the world from London, to Turkey, to Africa. She helped me pick out the perfect vase that is now in my kitchen above the cabinets! Such a sweet couple!

This is the Panathenaic Stadium. Home to the first modern Olympic games (also happens to be the finish line of the Athens Marathon) We were out early one morning, went to check it out. Saw that the gate was shut but not locked, so we decided to sneak in. It was pretty cool to have the place to ourselves for a little bit. (Although we tried to be quick so we wouldn't get caught.) I even got a chance to go for a short run on the track! How cool is that!?
