Rosemary Pork Chops with Balsamic Maple Glaze!

Tonight I discovered a really easy really good pork chop recipe! I posted it along with a pic if you're interested.
2 pork chops -thawed
Olive oil
rosemary
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS Grape juice (opt.)
salt and pepper
Salt and pepper chops.Add a little bit of oil to hot skillet. Add chops to hot skillet. Cook 3-5 min over med. heat on one side. Before flipping, take rosemary leaves and crush them in your hand and let them fall into the pan. Flip chops. Cook for same amount of time, till chops are well caramelized on both sides. Remove to a hot plate. Increase pan temp. to med. high. Add balsamic vinegar to pan. Whisking while scraping all brown bits off pan. Reduce balsamic vinegar to about half. Add maple syrup and grape juice. (Balsamic vinegar will thicken rapidly, make sure you are stirring constantly so it won't burn) Return chops to pan. Cook about 1 min. on each side. Giving chops time to soak up glaze. Remove from pan. Serve immediatley. Add any additional glaze from pan to chops if desired. We had a spinach tomato salad and rice pilaf along with our pork chops! Everyone loved it!
