Accepted!

Lance and I have been house hunting the past month or so and last Thursday we found the one! We put an offer on it on Saturday, and we just heard back today that the offer was accepted! Whoo hoo! We are so excited! It is a new construction home that will be finished the end of April! If all goes as planned, will close on it mid May! Perfect timing since our lease will be up June 1st! We have an appt next week to pick out paint,flooring, granite colors, etc!
